How long is the contract?
Watch and Protect are month-to-month, with no commitment. With Protect, you save 10% if you choose 12-month annual billing. Shield 24/7 requires a 12-month contract because it includes a response service from our on-call technician reserved for you. A 12-month commitment also qualifies you for the launch offer on setup fees. Cancellation notice: as set out in your service agreement.
What does “automated 24/7 monitoring” mean?
Our tools watch your devices, your Microsoft 365 accounts and your cloud environments day and night. When they detect a problem, they can automatically block what’s dangerous and they send an alert. With Watch, someone on our team reviews alerts during business hours. With Protect, critical alerts also trigger a call to our on-call technician on evenings and weekends, on a best-effort basis. This is automated monitoring: it is not a team of analysts watching your systems at all times. If you need that level of service, choose Shield 24/7, which adds response from our on-call technician.
Are taxes included?
No. All prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes. GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are added to your invoice.
